.- Hiking: 30 minutes by a private way inside the property. You can go to San Sebastián´s surf beach on walk (45 minutes) or pedaling (10 minutes).

You can paint: The lights are excellent and you can see the whole Guipuzcoa from the location.

.- It takes part from the Camino de Santiago, Cantabrico´s way

.- There are vineyards of "txakoli" (Basque wine) and they elaborate cider.

.- You can see cows, horses, ducks, ...

.- You can bring your horse and attend to it in the stable.
